Data Entry and Data Cleaning
On return the information in the questionnaires needs to be entered into a spreadsheet to enable analysis to be performed. If you have employed a contractor you should have already agreed this with them as part of the contracting process.
If you have not already done this we would recommend that you seek assistance from you clinical audit or information department who will have the expertise to support you through this process.
If however, you are undertaking this audit yourself then we recommend the following steps to ensure that you have a high quality data source with which to start analysis.
