South Central's Health Needs Analysis
Recently a project was commissioned by the Children’s and Young People’s Clinical Improvement Programme at South Central SHA to redesign services that will lead to improved health outcomes for children and young people with diabetes.
The project gathered a large amount of data and opinion from both service users and providers, which was used to identify current service provision and areas where improvements can be made, based on local and national examples of best practice.
