National Diabetes Information Service (NDIS)

  • NDIS enables easy access to a wide range of diabetes information and tools.

Yorkshire and Humber Public Health Observatory (YHPHO)

YHPHO is the lead public health observatory for diabetes and child and maternal health and maternity.  Data and information can be found at: 

East Midlands Public Health Observatory (EMPHO)

  • EMPHO is the lead public health observatory for teenage pregnancy. The teenage pregnancy pages contain data signposts to useful resources. 

Diabetes Audits

  • National Paediatric Diabetes Audit (NPDA) – 2011 onwards - From 2011 the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health has been awarded funding by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Programme (HQIP) to carry out the paediatric component of the National Diabetes Audit. Insert link  

Paediatric NDA – 2006 to 2010 - From 2006 the Paediatric NDA was undertaken by the NHS Information centre.

  • HES online: Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) is a data warehouse containing details of all admissions to NHS hospitals in England. It also contains details of all NHS outpatient appointments in England.
