National Diabetes Information Service (NDIS)
- NDIS enables easy access to a wide range of diabetes information and tools.
Yorkshire and Humber Public Health Observatory
- YHPHO is the lead Public Health Observatory for both Diabetes and Diabetes Health Intelligence information.
Diabetes Audits
- National Diabetes Adult Audit covers England and Wales and is the largest clinical audit in the world. It contains information about cardiovascular complications of diabetes.

- Sentinal stroke audit measures the organisation of stroke services and the care provided for stroke patients in acute NHS trusts.
- The Myocardial Ischaemia National Audit Project (MINAP) is a national clinical audit of the management of heart attack. It supplies participating hospitals, ambulance services and commissioners with a record of their management and compares this with nationally and internationally agreed standards.
- The Stroke Improvement National Audit Programme (SINAP) is a national clinical audit, run by the Stroke Programme at the Royal College of Physicians. SINAP collects information from hospitals about the care provided to stroke patients in their first three days in hospital.
